Susan Ann Henry, 81, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018, surrounded by her family. Sue was born on September 25, 1937 to Herschel McManus and Mary McManus in Akron, Ohio.
Sue worked at Midwest Products Finishing in Ottawa Lake as a secretary, prior to her retirement. Sue was a member of St. Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary, in Maumee, Ohio. Sue was a sister of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, for more than fifty years.
Sue is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henry; mother, Mary McManus, father, Herschel McManus. She will be dearly missed by her children, Karen (Chuck) Loomis, Kathy (Edward) Troknya, Kim (Bruce) Schneiderbauer, Patrick (Karen) Henry, Kevin Henry, Kenny (Patty) Henry; grandchildren, Devin (Laura) and Morgan Schneiderbauer, Jacob, Mackenzie, Payton, Brandon, Tony, Bradley and Ryan Henry and great grandson, Bricriu Henry. She is survived by her sister, Joyce Scarbrough and brother Donald (Rosemary) McManus.
A gathering will be from 1-5 pm, Saturday, December 8, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Graveside services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice of Lenawee (MI) or St. Luke’s Hospital Auxiliary.
